Prior to purchasing a WIN-TNT system, customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Software License, and Limited Warranty agreements set fourth by TNT Plus, LLC.  These documents will be forwarded to perspective customers upon request or at the time of purchase.

Weather Forecasts are derived from the National Weather Services Internet Weather Source.  These forecasts are "Public Domain" and are provided without a warranty of any kind.  The WIN-TNT system does not report weather watches and warnings.
